Welcome Members of the Media! Whether you are joining us as an attendee or as a partner, we are here to provide all of the latest conference information that you need.

Media Conference Registration

We waive registration fees for reporters with a recognized press card and for current members of the media. We waive registration fees for press officers.
We do not waive registration fees for editors of peer-reviewed journals, ad sales representatives, publishers, program officers or marketing professionals.

Advance Registration

On-Site Registration

To register on-site at the meeting, please come to the registration desk and present your media identification.

Press Badge Pick-Up

Pre-registered media attendees should come to the registration desk to pick up press badges and other registration materials.
Press officers may request copies of all abstracts related to their institution. Contact Authors Support at authors@smenet.org. Meeting abstracts are not embargoed.
For questions regarding conference marketing, please contact SME at cs@smenet.org.

Press Room & Media Center

A designated Press Room & Media Center will be located onsite for members of the press, exhibitors and dignitaries. Press kits, product samples, exhibitor flash drives and promotional materials will be available. Interviews with dignitaries will be scheduled daily.
