Request a Letter of Invitation 

IMPC welcomes conference attendees from around the world. If you plan to attend the IMPC Conference from outside the United States and need a letter from SME, please complete the form below and we will contact you. Begin your preparations early, this process does take some time.

Please fill out the following form in its entirety. We will review your request and follow up with you as soon as possible.

If you are a student, please list your place of education, their full address and phone number, as well as your area of study in place of employment information.

NOTE: SME’s travel policy only allows for travel up to three days before, and three days after each conference.
